We went to Greenwood Park today and the kids had a great time playing on the frozen pond. We also went sledding and Mari & Elliot tried ice skating.

I’m jealous of your cold weather and snow in Des Moines. Samuel’s snow suit has only been used once.
The cold weather is nice, but sometimes it is cooooollllllddddd. Susan just picked up some ice skates for all of us and we can’t wait to put them to use! I would love for the kids to experience ice skating on a real lake on a regular basis.
